 Don’t you sometimes wish you could press the pause button in the movie of your life and take a break? Maybe you go get some icecream. Take a bathroom break, or just take a long stretch. If it’s an Indian movie then there is a mandatory stretch called intermission. I am not kidding!
It is our responsibility to take care of ourselve. Take this time out for YOU and allow me to lead you to your own center where you can choose to pause. Due to a few requests I will lead two sessions. You are welcome to either one or both!
