Full Moon Meditation-August 26, 2018 @12pm-~1:30pm

Please join me in a powerful and a relaxing meditation on this Full Moon day. This time I will lead a visualization exercise to access your subconscious to uncover who you really. What makes you happy, what propels you forward, and what your true values are. Are you being true to yourself? Are you happy?

This will be the last meditation I will be leading for this year so if you have been thinking about attending one day this is your day.

You Need: A small pillow to sit on. I will have chairs for people unable to sit on the floor.
Bring a yoga mat and if it’s a small group we can lay down for the meditation and visualization exercise.

Parking is available at 12th at Yale St at Milroy Park’s Lot.

The Full Moon meditations began as a vision through my own personal meditations. This last one will be the mark of one year leading them. I want to thank each and every one of you who been coming to them, supporting me, and trusting me to guide you.
