Yoni Shakti Yoga Classes - For Women
Every Tuesdays @ 7:30pm
Yoni Shakti Yoga is specifically designed for the female anatomy. The Asana (Postures) and Mudras (specific hand positions), and bandhas (energetic locks) used will stimulate various forms of energies within the body.
In this hour long class we will practice gentle yoga along with breathwork and visualization exercises.
Suitable for ALL levels.
Benefits:
*Improves bladder control, bowel control and enhances the ability to have incredible orgasms. (with consistent practice of course)
*Helps with the early onset of Menopause and relives painful PMS.
*Strengthens vaginal muscles that have weakened from multiple vaginal births.
